Returns and Exchanges
Unused, unaltered wigs in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within three days of receipt. Wigs that have been worn, damaged or personally finished cannot be returned. Unopened, unused care products may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to applicable law. Please see the Website Terms for full details.
Finishing and Timing
Optional fitting, cutting, styling, baby hairs and other custom work are priced separately. If finishing is needed, preparation may take up to approximately two weeks. Delivery timing depends on destination and logistics.
