What happens when I come in?
First, we listen. Then you can try different colors, lengths and styles while we help you understand what feels natural, flattering and comfortable on you.
Do I need an appointment?
No. You are welcome to walk in during our opening hours. Come when it works for you.
Will I leave with the wig the same day?
Many wigs are ready to purchase from stock. If you choose custom finishing, the wig may stay with the stylist until the work is complete.
What does personal finishing include?
Finishing can include fitting, cutting, styling, baby hairs or color adjustments. These are the details that can turn a beautiful wig into your wig.
Is finishing included in the price?
No. The wig and optional finishing are priced separately, so you pay only for the work you choose.
How long can finishing take?
Timing depends on the work and current availability. In some cases, it may take up to approximately two weeks. We will give you the clearest timing we can.
What kinds of hair do you carry?
Our collection includes Brazilian, Slavic and European hair in a range of lengths, colors and textures.
What if I have no idea what suits me?
Then you are exactly where you need to be. You do not have to arrive with the answer. We will discover it together.
