Product Images
Product photographs are for illustration. Color, texture, volume and appearance may vary in person and may change after fitting, styling or other personal finishing. We do not guarantee that a product will appear exactly as shown on screen.
Personal Finishing
Cutting, styling, baby hairs, color work, fitting and other alterations are not included in the listed wig price unless
stated otherwise. Once a wig has been altered or personally finished, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Preparation and Delivery
Where personal finishing is requested, preparation may take up to approximately two weeks. Delivery may take up to approximately two additional weeks, depending on destination and logistics. Actual timing will be confirmed when possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Wigs An unused, unaltered wig may be returned or exchanged within three days of receipt, provided it remains in its complete original condition. Wigs that have been worn, damaged, altered or personally finished cannot be returned or exchanged.
Other Products
Unopened and unused non-wig products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, subject to applicable
consumer protection law.
Sale Items, Prices and Errors
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, sale or specially discounted items are final sale. Prices may change; the
price confirmed at purchase applies. We work to keep website information accurate but errors may occur.
